Health is Wealth

Wednesday, May 26th, 2010

Nowadays, I always see automatic faucets in malls or public toilets. I personally appreciate these kinds of initiatives, and I know that many others are thankful like me. You see, viruses and bacteria transferred through hand contact are really rampant in places mentioned above. However, for a working person, like me, who is always on the go, it is inevitable that we use public faucets and toilets once in a while. Therefore, with the dawn of “touch-free” technologies like these, public health will really be improved and even personal hygiene will be upgraded.

I thought that technologies like these are expensive, since it operates with specialized sensors. However, I saw products like this sold online, and I discovered that they are actually affordable. I then decided to have one installed in my home, since clients and visitors just come and go, and I can’t really monitor who uses my faucets at home. Also, in the same online shop, I discovered that Purell instant hand sanitizer wipes are also available in the market. It is also very portable, so I can actually sanitize almost anywhere. Although I already have sanitizer dispensers in my house and in my office, I still spend most of my time on the road. So, it is a good thing that I have sanitizing wipes in my bag all the time.

It is indeed true that health is wealth, and it definitely starts in the personal level.

Saving us Time Money and Effort

In the office, it is always a hassle for all of us come the time of the year when we have to buy news sets of office supplies. We do it thrice every year, and our supervisor assigned a couple of employees to do the ‘shopping’. We do not really have a utility person who will do that certain kind of job since our office staff is really small, and our office’s revenue would not be enough to pay for an additional staff member. Though we have been doing this for almost forever, we still have a certain type of aversion towards going out, buying the things the office needs, and doing all the paper works needed therein.

Good thing our supervisor is very sensitive. He understands why we feel uninspired doing this kind of job and he himself is aware that it is not included in our job description. That is why he thought of a way of making our lives easier. He introduced us to this online office supply store where we can find everything our office needs at the wholesale prices. This means that we will not only save time and effort, we will also be able to save some of the office’s money.

Now, we do not condemn the job of purchasing our office supplies since is now easier and more convenient.

A Kitchen to Last Longer

Monday, May 17th, 2010

A same kitchen design never works for me. So when I was given a chance to remodel my kitchen in my new rest house, I need someone who can put me in the right direction.

I surfed the net and saw this beautiful design kitchen constructed by a local company. The man who answered my call was very polite and I just love how they treat a client. They ask me the kind that i like since their kitchen design Clearwater crew can accommodate me. And quickly described to them a modern kitchen with a clean white finish, a contemporary hardware, a cabinet designers Clearwater made pull-out cabinets, and a U-shaped wooden countertop. From the way they perceived me; I think they want a clear idea from the client itself and even offering some assistance for any inquires. Which is in my opinion, is a good way to start acquiring clients.

Days went by and my kitchen is starting to come in view and I can not wait for me to use it.  For a clear finish, they manage to use a conversion varnish, a tough two-part catalyze coating that works best in the kitchen for a lasting effect. I considered it the best since I can not find a single sanding mark on my surface; it was smooth and blemish free. Just like the way they work.

Overall, my kitchen is now my family’s favorite place to hang out with. Its fresh and homey ambience brings my family and me closer together. Thanks to them!
