The paper had a nice article written about Jack Van Impe and how he spoke at one of the bigger churches in town last weekend. I had heard from some of the people at my church that they were going to be going to the other church to hear him speak. I thought about it, and then decided that sitting amongst thousands of people was not the way that I wanted to hear him speak.

I always watch Jack Van Impe when he is on the television but it feels like it is just him and I then. I did not want to be selfish, but I liked that feeling and sitting amongst thousands and hearing him, I do not think that I would get the same feeling.

The following Sunday, I asked the people who had gone to her Jack speak, if they enjoyed it. They all told me that I really missed out on a good time and they were just blown away with how well he could make them feel like they were the only ones in the room with him. I guess that I should have gone after all. Maybe if he comes to town again, I will go and hear him then.

When parents commit mistakes, it can be a great lesson for children because they can learn to deal with different kinds of issues. They can learn that they don’t have to misbehave with other people because it is against moral ethics. You can treat them with kindness, love and respect. Don’t treat them with strictness or otherwise they may harm themselves and discuss their problems in calm voice.
