Every woman wants to become a mother and having a baby is really a god gift for human. Pregnancy is not an easy procedure. During the pregnancy women should take care of her health more than she does. Pregnant lady can have different health problems so women should take her health as good as she can. To having a baby is really a nice factor but during the pregnancy women have the temptation to eat unhealthy food and it can be a reason for many diseases. 

Most women eat more and do not do any exercise during the pregnancy period will make the women fattier and they also get more problems like diabetics, cholesterol, etc. In pregnancy month, women should follow a balanced diet for their health and baby’s health and also do some exercise which help them to birth a healthy baby and they also can earn a healthy body too. 

Before doing any exercise you should consult your doctor first, doctor will tell you which type of exercise a pregnant lady can do and you can start your exercise routine and also doctor can suggest which exercise is suitable for three month pregnant women can do. Exercise is really good for pregnant women and women should do exercise during pregnancy. The lack of exercise can lead many problems in delivery time. 1 moth of pregnancy and 9th month of pregnancy is really a crucial period, so in that period women should avoid exercise.
